TERMS & CONDITIONS 

WELLPak, a division of the Pluspak Group, operates under the following terms and conditions. By placing an order with WELLPak, the customer acknowledges agreement to these terms and conditions and affirms having read and understood the important warnings. All purchases and disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of Australia.

PRICES: Prices are denoted in Australian Dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order or offer the product at the correct price. We encourage customers to report any pricing discrepancies on our website. WELLPak retains the right to cancel any order for any reason.

SPECIFICATIONS: While we endeavour to accurately represent products, specifications are based on manufacturer representations, and WELLPak is not liable for their accuracy or completeness. Specifications may change without notice. Product images are for reference only and may not precisely match the current model or branding. Item specifications may vary without prior notice.

PAYMENT: All payments must be made in Australian legal tender. Online purchases are to be settled via credit/debit card, with the purchaser confirming authorisation to use the card. We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud. Payments made by personal cheque may require up to one week to clear. The purchaser is responsible for any fees associated with collecting past due accounts. A $20 service fee applies to returned cheques.

SHIPPING: We aim to utilise traceable delivery methods whenever possible. Delivery to the carrier constitutes delivery to the customer. Any visible transit damage should be reported to the carrier upon receipt. Damaged packages should not be signed for. Customers should inspect their orders upon receipt and promptly notify WELLPak of any issues. Claims reported more than 15 days after receipt may be denied.

RETURN POLICY: Customers must contact WELLpak by phone or email before returning products for any reason. Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee. Returns are only accepted for web products if received damaged, and if contact is made with WELLpak within 4 days of receipt. For all other returns, an return of good order must be requested within 15 days of the invoice date. Adult signature is required for deliveries. WELLPak can only accept orders from adults due to liability reasons.

Returns must be in the original packaging, undamaged, and free of shipping labels. All packaging and documentation must be included.

DELIVERY TIMES: Delivery times vary based on order processing time, location, and method. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Australian Eastern Standard Time. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours, with in-stock items shipping the same or next business day. No charges are applied until shipment. While we strive for prompt delivery, we cannot be held responsible for transit times once the order is with the carrier.
