Returns and Refund Policy

The Pluspak Group strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your online purchase, we’re here to help.  Please read our Return and Refunds Policy carefully to understand your options and how to proceed with returning items.

This policy applies to Pluspak and our brands and also refers to our valued suppliers, partners and customers.

Returns Eligibility:

We accept returns for items purchased directly from the Pluspak

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.

Non-Returnable Items:

Some items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, such as certain medical consumables and perishable goods.

Items marked as non-returnable will not be eligible for refunds unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.

Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at  info@pluspak.com.au or 03 9237 8900. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Our team will provide you with a confirmation of receipt of your request and instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective upon receipt.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the items. PlusPak is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Inspection and Refund Process

Once we receive your returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.

If the items are deemed eligible for a refund, we will process the refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be for the purchase price of the returned items, excluding any shipping charges.

Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for online purchases. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately upon receipt.

Provide details and, if possible, photos of the damage or defect for our records.

Our team will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
