WELLPak Return and Refunds Policy

At WELLPak, a division of the Pluspak Group, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your online purchase, we’re here to help. 1. Returns Eligibility:

  • We accept returns for items purchased directly from the WELLPak website (www.wellpak.com.au).
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Some items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, such as certain medical consumables and perishable goods.
  • Items marked as non-returnable will not be eligible for refunds unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective upon receipt.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the items. WELLPak is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

5. Inspection and Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
  • If the items are deemed eligible for a refund, we will process the refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be for the purchase price of the returned items, excluding any shipping charges.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

6. Exchanges:

  • We do not offer exchanges for online purchases. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
